  1. Great post! I have another to add to your list – Parking lot litter cleanup service. It’s almost as easy to do as going for a walk! The work is done on-foot with simple hand tools. You walk the exterior property outside commercial properties and sweep up any litter material you come across. I started doing this in 1981 as a side hustle and grew it into a six-figure business.
